Blockwork Complete

Blockwork completed on monday 24th nov 2008. Arch put in and all sills in.

nov 22 chasing walls..

Myself , wesley and brian merne begin chasing walls downstairs..
Put in box outside and mains cable through wood....All wall sockets and cable trains are complete on downstairs wall..Blocklayer to finish today-monday 24th....Roofer to come in next.

steel put into ceiling of first floor

25ft steel joist added to balcony area..wood feeding into it...better support..

First floor ceiling

First floor timber in except for 24 ft steel joist..which has to be fit this week Steel joist will take strain off timbers that go over 20 feet , thus reducing the span. Will hopefully eliminate sagging in years to come...Awaiting steel lentil aswell for front door...9feet wide.
