First floor timber in except for 24 ft steel joist..which has to be fit this week Steel joist will take strain off timbers that go over 20 feet , thus reducing the span. Will hopefully eliminate sagging in years to come...Awaiting steel lentil aswell for front door...9feet wide.Wednesday, November 12, 2008
